LEGAL PLATFORM FOR CONTRACTS AND MANAGEMENT

For Omnicom
Context
An enterprise platform designed to support legal teams in managing contracts and critical legal information within complex, compliance-driven workflows.
Problem
Legal users faced friction navigating large volumes of contract data, locating critical information, and maintaining confidence in accuracy while working under strict regulatory constraints.
Research
I conducted qualitative UX research with legal stakeholders to understand workflows, decision-making priorities, and pain points related to contract management, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Insights
• Accuracy and trust were prioritized over speed.
• Users needed clearer structure and visibility into contract status.
• Poor information hierarchy increased risk and cognitive load.
• Legal workflows required consistency and predictability.
Design
Research insights guided improvements to information architecture, contract navigation, and key interaction flows. I collaborated closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to design and validate solutions that balanced usability with compliance requirements.
Outcome
The redesigned experience improved clarity, reduced friction, and supported more confident contract management. Legal teams were better equipped to locate information, understand contract status, and work efficiently within regulated environments.
Learnings
Designing for legal products requires deep respect for accuracy, consistency, and risk mitigation. Research-led design and close stakeholder collaboration were essential to delivering usable solutions in a high-stakes domain.
